Dr Izuchukwu Nnabuife is a Lecturer in Management and Enterprise at the School of Leadership, Management and Marketing, Leicester Castle Business School, ÖÆ·þÎÞÂë. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from ÖÆ·þÎÞÂë, MSc in International Business Management (Robert Gordon University), and BSc in Mass Communication. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE).
His doctoral research focused on exploring business mindsets of small business owners towards the adoption of digital content marketing, examining the behavioural, strategic, and contextual factors that influences SME digital transformation. His research interests span entrepreneurship and SMEs, digital strategy, entrepreneurial decision-making, innovation adoption, enterprise ecosystems, and digitally enabled business growth.
Before joining academia, he held senior leadership roles across international markets, including Group Head of Business Development at McCANN, leading multi-channel optimisation and brand roll-out projects. He has over fifteen years of professional experience spanning strategic marketing, business development, market intelligence, and enterprise growth across the UK and international contexts.
Drawing on extensive leadership experience, he bridges the gap between industry and academia. His work focuses on fostering enterprise development and building the digital resilience necessary for modern small business ecosystems to thrive.
